I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I called and quickly got a real person on the line. He was super knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He helped me find the right part and set up the return for the wrong one. I’ll definitely shop with Drivetrain again.

"Item failed to function"
The item failed to function, couldn’t connect to my phone or truck. I reached out to product support via call and email, but no reply came my way. I got in touch with the Sales team, and they agreed to let me return it. I had to make a 43-mile trip to drop it off at FedEx. After it was received back, I had to call a few days later to sort out the refund. Drivetrain America only gave me a partial refund. WATCH OUT, FOLKS!
